Diorama Weather, operated by Diorama Labs LLC ("we", "us"), displays weather forecasts and generates stylized AI artwork ("dioramas") and short animations from photos you upload. By using the app you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Diorama Weather. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. The app is offered in the United States.
You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload, including any necessary permission from people who appear in it. Don't upload photos of other people's private property without permission, or unlawful content. You keep ownership of your photos and of your generated dioramas and animations, which are yours to use and share. Because AI models can produce similar results for similar inputs, we cannot guarantee that content generated for you is unique to you.
By uploading content, you grant Diorama Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from your uploaded photos and the content generated from them, in order to operate, secure, and provide the service to you, and to improve and develop our products and services, including training machine-learning models.
You also grant us the right to publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the dioramas and animations generated for you for the purpose of demonstrating, promoting, and advertising the app. We will not publish the original photo you uploaded.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for (a) content already included in published marketing material, which we cannot retract, and (b) de-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you or your content. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to derive biometric identifiers (such as face templates).
The photo you upload is processed by Google's Gemini AI and is subject to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. Animations are additionally produced via the Kling AI API (operated by LOHAS GAMES PTE LTD, an affiliate of Kuaishou Technology) and are subject to Kling's terms and content policies. You must not upload content that is sexually explicit, that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors, that is violent or graphic, that promotes hatred or harassment, that impersonates or deceptively depicts a real person, that is otherwise illegal, or that you do not have the rights to use. Uploads that violate these rules may be rejected automatically, and we may suspend installations that repeatedly submit them. When a photo is rejected, the credit is returned.
To create a diorama, the photo you choose is uploaded to our servers in the United States and processed by Google's Gemini AI. When you animate a scene, the resulting generated diorama image — never your original photo, your location, or any identifier — is processed by the Kling AI API (LOHAS GAMES PTE LTD, Singapore). By tapping to create or animate, you consent to that processing. Neither provider uses your content to train its models under the paid service tiers we use. If you do not want your photo processed this way, do not create a diorama; the weather features work without it.
Dioramas and animations are produced by third-party AI models. Results are stylized interpretations, vary between generations, and are not guaranteed to satisfy any particular expectation of likeness or quality. Each generation, extra take, weather pack, and animation consumes the stated number of credits at the moment it runs.
Because this output is produced by automated models, it is unpredictable. It may be inaccurate, distorted, or — despite the content filters applied by us and the model providers — surprising, disturbing, or objectionable. It may depict people, animals, or property in ways you did not intend or expect. The app is intended for personal entertainment, and generated results are provided "as is"; you view, use, and share them at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for AI-generated output, and you agree not to use the app to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors. If a generation produces content you find objectionable, please report it to [email protected] and we will review it promptly; we may remove content and suspend installations that repeatedly produce or submit violating content.
Purchases are billed by Apple under their terms. Credits have no cash value, do not expire, are tied to your installation, and are non-transferable. When a paid generation fails, the consumed credits are automatically returned. If service capacity is briefly unavailable, your request may be delayed or refused with your credits untouched. Refunds of App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
You can delete your installation's account and the content tied to it from Settings ▸ Delete Everything. Deletion is permanent, and any unused credits are forfeited without refund. Deleting does not cancel or refund a purchase. Your one-time App Store purchase belongs to your Apple ID and can be restored with "Restore Purchases".
You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for every photo you upload — including copyright, and the privacy, publicity, and likeness rights of anyone identifiable in it — and that your uploads and the content you generate and share are lawful and comply with these terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diorama Labs LLC and its officers, members, and contractors from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the photos you upload, the instructions you give, the content generated from them, and how you use or share it. This does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful acts, and nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Repeat infringers. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and access of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
If a photo or generated image involves you or your property and you did not consent to it, email [email protected] and we will remove it. We may reject, remove, or disable any content and suspend installations that repeatedly violate these terms.
Weather data is provided by Weather and other data sources and is supplied "as is" — do not rely on the app for safety-critical decisions. Severe-weather information is informational only; always follow official guidance. Air-quality data is derived from preliminary US EPA AirNow reports and may be revised.
You agree not to abuse the service — including attempting to bypass purchase requirements, tampering with credit balances, scripting generation requests, or interfering with the backend. We may suspend service to installations that do.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the app in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Diorama Labs LLC about the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
